SUMMARY:Johnny Reynolds
DESCRIPTION:Johnny Reynolds has been a professional guitarist for the past 40 years. He played on the Dublin circuit since 1982 with bands such as The Touch and No Shame. While involved with the latter group Johnny had the honour of supporting BB King at the National Stadium in Dublin 1985. After a short stint touring Ireland with The Karen Coleman Band\, he joined The Rob Strong Band for 5 years touring Europe and Ireland. While in Europe they shared The Gothenberg Rock Festival bill with such giants as Deep Purple\, Georgie Fame\, The Kinks and Zak Wilde. Johnny went on to join acclaimed Dublin outfit ‘The International Blues Band’. They toured in the UK\, Canada and Ireland where they supported James Brown at the Point Depot in Dublin.In 1997 he formed The Johnny Reynolds Band playing mainly original material from the blues/rock genre.
