Burns Golf Club Belconnen welcomes non-members who would like a round on a challenging course. The course can also be hired for social events, corporate days and more. The course is not available when members’ competitions are being played.
Visiting members of Golf Clubs affiliated with Golf Australia who have an official handicap can play in the regular competitions run by Burns Golf Club Belconnen subject to tee-off times being available, meeting our bona fide visitor policy and at the discretion of the Committee and/or Pro-Shop staff. Any such players must pay the appropriate green fees and the applicable competition fees to enter. Visitors are eligible to win the voucher prizes and balls (e.g. for nearest the pin) but will not be eligible for trophies or monthly medals.
Visitors may play socially in our competitions at any time upon payment of the appropriate green fee and subject to tee-time availability, at the discretion of the Committee and/or Pro-Shop staff.
GOLF COMPETITIONS
Below is our Golf Competition program. If you’re interested in playing in these competitions you will need to be a valid Golf Link Member and login to your members portal. Or alternatively, you can call the Pro Shop on (02) 6133 9606.
For the Vets Competition held on Tuesdays, bookings can only be made either in person or over the phone.
AUGUST
Saturday 1st: Men Stroke – Monthly Medal, 7th Round Eclectic. And Women Stroke – Monthly Medal.
Sunday 2nd: Medley Stableford.
Tuesday 4th: Women Stroke – Monthly Medal, 1st Round June Doyle Trophy. And Vets Competition.
Wednesday 5th: Medley Stableford.
Thursday 6th: Visitors Stableford Competition – both Members & Visitors welcome!
Saturday 8th: Medley Stableford. And Women Stableford.
Sunday 9th: Medley Stabelford.
Tuesday 11th: Women Stroke – 2nd Round June Doyle Trophy. And Vets Competition.
Wednesday 12th: Medley Stableford.
Thursday 13th: Visitors Stableford Competition – both Members & Visitors welcome!
Saturday 15th: Medley Stableford. And Womens Stableford.
Sunday 16th: Medley Stableford.
Tuesday 18th: CSGA Women’s Annual Tournament.
Wednesday 19th: Medley Stableford.

Saturday 22nd: 1st Round Mixed Foursomes Championships/Day Comp Medley Stableford.
Sunday 23rd: 2nd Round Mixed Foursommes Championships/Day Comp Medley Stableford.
Tuesday 25th: Women Stableford. And Vets Competition.
Wednesday 26th: Medley Stableford.
